ANUARice 70 Glow Milky Toner

I've been using this toner for a while now and it's absolutely great! It's light, gentle, non-sticky, hydrating and leaves my skin with a beautiful glow. I'll definitely buy it again!

The toner has a watery consistency. It is soft, light and fragrance-free. My dry, mature skin feels soft and hydrated after using it. I apply 2-3 layers for more hydration and a glow effect. I definitely recommend it.
